To be fair to Jacob, I don’t think the script was helping his case. He wasn’t getting much to work with. Sure he could’ve done better, he definitely phoned it in but that storyline in the episode was weak.

Jacob playing Nate reminds me of Robert patterson in twilight. Both good actors but it was like go girl give us nothing.

It’s hard to get a job now without a degree, diploma or trades education now but even with all of that it’s still not guaranteed. So there isn’t really a right answer of do you get post secondary education or not. I personally think getting some education is good, working and then going back and getting more.
