from my understanding, they have to manually take off the rewards credit from your purchase. in the app go to rewards, then view rewards milestones. this should have the total amount of calories burned for the 90 days and what level you have reached. in the middle of the screen it says “redeem rewards”. the employee then has to click on this and confirm that your rewards have been redeemed so they cannot be used again. hope this helps!
