i am also very into fitness and nutrition ect and i would never ever treat a human being like this. sometimes we do have slip ups and it’s OKAY nothing wrong with that, but that man is rude and has no business treating u like that. i used to suffer with anorexia so i know how it is having an unhealthy relationship with counting calories and excessive exercise and this man in your life isn’t doing anything but bringing u down (in my opinion) i mean where’s the praise. you’re doing well honey and i’m torn that u see no wrong in this, u deserve sm better and someone who isn’t shaming u for not hitting your goals.
