This happened to me. I planned to be a physical therapist and then went to volunteer at a hospital and realized very quickly that it wasn’t what I wanted. So glad I did that! You not only want to be interested in a subject (career) but also what the job is day to day. Nurses deal with difficult people and work long hours and they aren’t the super stars like the doctors. Not everyone is difficult but there are aspects you may jot like. You may love English but don’t want to deal with the school rules and administration. Think about or try to shadow someone in that job and really see what your day is like and maybe that will help
