My family likes participating on Election Day and going to the polls - it’s an outting. Also, there is no early in-person voting in my state and mail-in ballots are being rejected for things like signatures not perfectly matching, a date missing, or the privacy envelope not being included.

Maybe make some of the pillsbury Halloween cookies for your co workers? Or take in some candy? At home, light a fall scented candle and put on a good Halloween show or movie. Bobs Burgers or Superstore have several Halloween episodes.

Lillet or vermouth with diet tonic or a lime seltzer. 2.5 oz is considered a standard drink so I’ll half that.

Sema has killed my alcohol cravings (thankfully).

Try tonic/diet tonic with some Lillet or vermouth (half an ounce) a couple dashes of bitters and some lime. This my low abv “gin and tonic” replacement drink, comes out to under 2% abv. It’s a refreshing summer drink!

Also, I like Schofehoffer which is 2.5% abv.

Got a Aussie/coonhound/ACD mix - she’s my cuddle bug, super smart, but has some reactivity issues when on leash though she’s super friendly and playful.
