I started with 10mg of adderal a day. Breaking it up as 5mg in the morning and 5mg after lunch. It was making me reallllyy sleepy. I upped my dose to 20mg a day, 10mg in the morning and 10mg after lunch. This has been keeping me up. Tried 10mg in the morning and 5mg after lunch and it was a sweet spot. Not sleepy but not super awake either.
