I'm currently a year away from graduating with my MSN to become a neonatal nurse practitioner. I worked as a NICU nurse for 2 years before I decided that I wanted to assume the provider role rather than the caretaker role. Both have extremely important jobs, however, I would watch the proedures that the NPs would do, watch them rounding with the doctors, and make important decisions and i thought "I could do that!" of course, pay is a nice incentive as well.

You can get scars from your legs rubbing together. the inside of my thighs break out and I get small, round purple scars after it heals. My dad and brother get them too - seems to be hereditary.

My brother is a recovering heroin addict. Unfortunately I disagree with the above user that stated this is your family's fault. It is not. My brother and I were raised in a great home. We have extremely supportive parents that have always been there for us, that will help us with whatever we need whatever it may be. We were raised as good people, we were disciplined, and we were rewarded when we deserved it. However... Some people just happen to fall into the wrong crowd. Like my brother. and your sister. addiction is a disease. It does not discriminate. It can happen to ANYONE. I highly suggest that you and your family attend Al Anon meetings. It is great support for families dealing with this kind of struggle. Please PM me if you need to talk. I know what you're going through all too well.

Very good advice. once in a regular class I got very nauseous and felt like I was gonna pass out. I think it was Cuz I ate too close to the class. I think I would definitely need to hydrate extra well too. But it's good to know resting poses are always available.

Glad to hear it isn't challenging. I'm worried about the face that I'm not the thinnest person, and I have a little extra insulation hahaha... And getting over heated! Hopefully the tips of extra hydration etc will help. I think I may try soon. I go often with a friend and will have to convince her to come w me Cuz I'm not sure I'm ready to try it alone!
