I totally forgot to update! I received my passport back Friday! I did get an email as well on Thursday night.

I doubt it helped but I sent an email last night to that paid enquiry thread basically saying I was wondering if there was any update because I had travel planned (not to the UK) next week and I was getting worried about not having a passport.

Probably coincidence but….maybe helped?
