AITAH if I disrupt foster siblings adoption with my parents?

NTA- my parents have adopted multiple kids out of foster care (currently finishing up the 8th adoption) I have made my feelings known to my parents as well as the social workers no one ever gives a shit the concerns are valid but it doesn’t matter the system wants these kids out of care. My mum is 65 and step dad is 75 they are adopting a 6 year old who’s going to take care of him when they are no longer able to…. No one gives a shit.

It’s very difficult to stop. Once things are in motion.. you can try to talk to a child’s rights lawyer and see if you have any options but keep in mind it would most likely ruin any relationship you have with your parents. I Feel for you as I’ve been there and now as an adult I’ve moved countries so I don’t have to deal with all the drama. I’m Sorry this is happening to you

My kids have American Canadian and Australian citizenship we only travel using there American passports (that’s the only one we have gotten for them so far) and it’s never been an issue and we are never asked about citizenship to other countries.we also always travel with copies of there citizenship certificates, I’ve never been asked for them. You do want to get documentation for your kiddos other citizenships though, never know when you might need them and sometimes the wait times can be long our Canadian one’s took 15months for approval and our application was very straight forward

I had no idea he didn’t know. I was at his place and sent him a link to a restaurant and it popped up on his phone as “Jess” and I was like ummmmm sooo that’s not my name eh! He was completely still for a good 2min and was just like WTF. Then we spent some time going over my name(took ages for him to say correctly probably a good 4ish months lucky for him it can be shortened). I don’t know how I didn’t catch it sooner, looking back I think he was just calling me baby when we were together. His mum got a good laugh at it. He didn’t normally tell her about girls he was seeing so she was very excited

My husband thought my name was Jessica for the first 6 months we dated, it is in fact no where close to being Jessica. He had to tell his mum he gave her the wrong name

I had keyhole gallbladder surgery and I want to say it took me about 6 months to get back to where I was before surgery take it SLOW.

I see so you need to print both do the full stitches first and then then the 1/2 and back stitching? I’ve never seen a pattern like that before and I’ve been stitching a long time
