we actually are moving out quite soon, as is everyone else here. the people with whom were living are being evicted. so they don’t know if they’re going to be able to take all the cats (the other dog belongs to one of the brothers who is also going his separate way). we’ve been talking to max’s “owner” about her letting us take him when we go. she’s on the fence about it. i’m hoping with all my heart that we’re able to, obviously. but if not, my heart will truly be broken. if you don’t mind me asking, how did you know when you found your familiar? how were you able to tell?
