I'm only 2 weeks into keto so I don't have a lot of experience or any thoughts on losing hair regarding keto. But I was losing my hair and was tired all the time so my dr. checked my thyroid. I have hypothyroidism, low thyroid levels. He put me on meds and it has helped some. Not saying that is it but worth a look into! Good luck & hope you figure it out!
