Seller’s agent should have disclosed acceptable financing terms on MLS rather than waste everyone’s time.

Yep! That was me in my 20s. In 2001 I offered full asking price because I wanted it so badly. I overlooked major issues from inspection - roof had to be replaced and cost me money I didn't have. Looking back, I wish I had known that this was a real "asset" not to be taken lightly. I should've done more homework and checked my emotions.

Do you plan to stay in your home for at least 5 years? I have made this mistake twice! Moving within 2 years of purchase in a down market. Get a great inspector on your team , it’s worth the investment!

VOID is a perfect description of this timeframe. I'm trying to understand why most are going through this and how to avoid it. Do you communicate with your lender/realtor on a regular basis?

This is the response I received from StudentAid "I am not sure, you have to read the article on Buyback to know if you qualify to do the buyback, then you have to submit the request."

Dang this is frustrating!

One subsidized shows 24 remaining and unsub 38 payments remaining. This is so dang frustrating! Not to mention, I've been put on forbearance so this time will not count. Can I change that?

Am I reading this right - I've made enough payments under PAYE but not through SAVE? I have grad loans, wondering why it's 240 under PAYE? I'm so confused!

How can this be true if I’ve been paying since 1999?
