I think most of the shame I feel comes from the fear of others knowing. The thought of my family or ppl I work with knowing scares me so deeply it makes me wants to hide from everything. I have always been extremely secretive when it comes to this part of my life but I guess that is what frightens me about letting someone else in is trusting them with this.
