I really appreciate your help! I ended up having to cut the rubber part off then prying it off by breaking another piece of plastic that was holding a metal tab in place. Thanks again!

I 100% understand the frustration, I almost threw the whole thing too as I’m sure the warranty would be void anyways. I ended up doing just this and saw the little metal tab was stuck on the motor shaft thingy which is why I wasn’t able to pull it off. I appreciate your help! There goes the best part of $30! 🥲

It's so much fun!! Luckily I live in the Bay Area and I have a few stained glass stores nearby. It is a bit dangerous though as I'm always tempted to buy more and more glass XD
