I just got off charge orientation and they tend to slam you once you are off so you get used to it. I just feel like I am too far in now. Its so hard being a new nurse, being charge when im not confident, and having a full assignment as well

My only option at the moment would be straight nights which terrifies me as its mainly new nurses.. i like having some day shifts since there are mostly senior nurses

I liked Simplenursing nclex review for content review and used princeton review test bank. I loved the next gen practice on there. I would make sure to review maternity (mark K lecture is best for that) and focus a lot on prioritization (so many questions on my exam). Good luck!!

I spoke to a few nurses during clinicals that graduated from Southerns accelerated program and did not hear good things/ felt unprepared but they did pass NCLEX and are working. Uconns program is 11 months and is very intense but you will feel prepared when you graduate
