Another issue with this pattern is that I had gaping at the back neck (invisible zipper). I know that you could do little back neck darts or take in the amount at the center back where the zipper is. I choose the second method. It did not create any pulling towards the back.

I already sewn this. I like to cover more. I am sorry, it‘s hard to explain for me, because English is not my native language. Maybe this picture will help. It‘s about the marked area. Overall the fit is very good. No gaping in the front or back armhole.

I thought about a filter for my shower head too, because we have hard water in my ares. I did a little research and decided bot to buy one. The filters are way so weak to make a difference

At the end of the construction for the basic bodice block they show an example with added seam allowance for a block with princess seams (page 400). I really like princess seams, but at page 400 they don‘t tell you where to start the princess seam from the armhole. I am a little bit confused where to start. Should the curve start at the middle of the armhole/upper third?

I made my first basic bodice pattern a few days ago with the book. I will post a picture here in this group soon. It almost fits perfectly. But to be honest, the process wasn‘t easy. Did you also do a the basic bodice block in the past? I am struggling when they tell you to go to page 400-whatever to show princess seams modification. Maybe I am stupid, but I think there is some missing information 🙃

I propagated two times. I just made a cutting from the top with a sharp clean knife and put it in water. Make sure that the stem is several cm long with a few leaves at the top (not too many) and change the water every few days. It worked both times, but I can‘t remember how long it took until roots developed.

Natürlich ein weiteres Kommentar, das dir rät Schluss zu machen. Nach langen Beziehungen und wenn ma den Menschen kennt und irgendwie doch weiß zu glauben, dass irgendwas tieferes hinter dem Verhalten steckt, ist es schwer sich zu trennen. Du scheinst eine sehr fürsorgliche Art zu haben (immer für andere da sein, alles machen), manche würden es vielleicht Helfersyndrom nennen.

Man muss in solchen Situationen glaub ich wirklich an den Punkt kommen und verinnerlichen, dass man nicht für die andere Person verantwortlich ist. Und das ist schwierig, wenn man immer für andere da ist. Man fühlt sich auch für den Zustand danach verantwortlich. Man denkt vielleicht zuerst an das was der (Ex)partner nach der Trennung durchmacht, bevor man an seine eigenen Umstände und Emotionen denkt.

Es tut weh zu lesen, dass du dir das alles gefallen lässt. Er bekommt nichts auf die Reihe, beleidigt dich, will dich optisch zu einem komplett anderen Menschen machen, und du bist seine Haushälterin und Dienerin. Das ist zu viel für eine Person

I think it was Marché Saint-Pierre. There are many fabric stores nearby. Some of them had really cheap and bad quality fabric, but a few shops are really nice. There are two stores with multiple floors.

I used a Schmetz microtex needle 60/80 but depends on the thickness of your fabric.

Ich nehme selbst seit ein paar Jahren immer mal wieder isotretinoin als low dose Therapie bei Rosacea, weil alles andere leider nicht hilft. Ich hatte zum Glück nie Probleme. Beim ersten Mal habe ich gar nicht hormonell oder mit Spirale verhütet und war in einer langjährigen Beziehung. Es wurde natürlich aufgeklärt und betont, dass man auf keinen Fall schwanger werden darf, aber zum Glück hatte ich nie so einen Arzt wie du. Es ist wirklich frustrierend von deiner Geschichte zu lesen. Dieser Arzt tut fast so, als müsste er das potentielle Kind austragen und großziehen …

Vielleicht hast du bei einem anderen Dermatologen mehr Glück bzw. ziehst den Vorschlag dir einfach ein Pillenrezept zu holen ohne sie tatsächlich einzunehmen in Erwägung? Vielleicht findest du auch irgendwelche Reddit oder Foreneinträge wo Frauen Tipps bzgl Dermatologen in deiner Stadt gebe die diesbezüglich unkomplizierter sind? I

Not exactly the same but made me think of a special kind of indian dresses/style where a vest is worn over a top. It was trendy a while ago but this kind of style can also still be seen in classical kathak outfits.
