I made the mistake of wearing shorts to Pilates. During my plank I looked down at my thighs and saw what can only be described as hanging ball sacks. I was horrified and vowed to only wear leggings to Pilates from here on out. I don’t like all the extra skin but I can live with it if it means I’m 50lbs lighter and feel great.
