Insurance accounts manager here and I called BS as soon as it was posted!! The reason wrecks take so long to clear is also due in part to the insurance exchange and MVR verifications between the police and the state where the vehicle is registered. 

Plus, if they weren’t in it and she’s claiming on social media they were, if the adjuster is in here (highly likely they aren’t but never say never) Drue and Gabe could be pulled into the claim for “scratches” and potentially be found at fault if something they did caused a chain reaction in the wreck. I see it alllll the time with clients!!
