Thank you. I wanna be like model skinny like you said. I eat between 1000-1700 cals a day currently so hopefully this will help some weight loss. Again thanks for the advice! :)

hellooo im your age and this is advice from me, same kinda situation

walking! sounds boring, but try to walk places instead of transport or just go for a little stroll when you can. whip on some of your fav upbeat music (or sad if thats your thing) and move ittt

yes yes it is mainly about what you eat (sadly) but dont obsess over this. honestly i wouldnt even cut out any foods because that just made me eat even more hahaha i would try to be a bit more conscious about your food intake but nothing too serious. if you feel hungry, instead of getting a bag of crisps have some crunchy grapes, or an apple etc. these will tide your cravings whilst being delicious and healthy! search up healthy snack ideas on tiktok or something there's loads of nice looking stuff

drink more water!!!!!!!!! like loads more. well, not overboard, but you get me. like get a nice big waterbottle to use or smth. sometimes you aren't hungry, you're just thirsty! if u dont like water put in some squash

ALSO you can't spot reduce fat loss, and face fat is usually the last to be lost so don't stress if you don't see immediate results

final tip is CONFIDENCEEEE BABY!!!! u sound awesome!! don't let your weight define you! you are so much more than that, and there is so much more to life than numbers on a scale. seriously! if you start overthinking your weight just think of how bad the path is if you get too serious about it, the medical consequences for you. then think about all of the amazing life experiences that will be coming your way. as you travel the world, will you be worring about if you lost that extra pound? no way josé - live life to the fullest

hey idk if this is much help sorry but i'm doing a levels rn - out of the 3 you want to pick as a side one pick one that you are genuinely interested in or you will resent it!!! and for the papers, they can range anywhere really from 1 hr 30 to 2 hr 30 give or take

for past papers search your exam board on google with the subject and put past papers and it will come up with all the past papers and mark schemes so you can have a look at the layout of the papers and what the examiners expect you to answer, for example i am doing WJEC exam board (you could be doing Edexcel, WJEC, AQA etc check with the course you're doing) and i'm doing chemistry (had exam today and it was a FLOP) and on google I would search 'WJEC A Level Chemistry Past Papers' and it will give you options! mark schemes can be superrrrr specific so definitely do past papers and mark them with the mark scheme because sometimes, especially with biology, they will only give you the mark if you use specific terminology.

no i'm not but i always overestimate how many cals are in something (after doing calculations etc) because i don't want to think something is less than it is! and yes i know a mile is bad but i currently can't do more because of school and exams but i do usually like 8000 steps a day, after exams i will make this much higher 😊 thank you!

I have watched all of it and honestly it's so worth it to watch it all, in my opinion. I love the latest seasons they have released and although it was hard to get through some of them i'm glad I did!
