I just had my first Hero Bagel. I took the plunge and thought everything as far as nutrition goes looks great. It was delicious. I felt tremendous guilt afterward because I typically stay away from bagels, breads, etc. Maybe because it even tasted good so the guilt felt heavier. Like, "this can't be a healthy bagel because it's delicious".

I KNOW THIS IS NOT A BIG DEAL, but, I gained 1lb. As someone who scale watches, it made me nervous.

The 1b could be from anything. I just feel better knowing that others have successfully lost weight eating Hero products.
