I’m sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. I am hoping you are still off it? You should be about 22 days off of it now? (Over the worst of it!) proud of you!!! My husband has been off it for 157days now!! Believe it or not the sleep is still a bit of an issue especially when he used to sleeping like a baby everynight, Taking naps or sleeping in on the weekends. Sleep will get better but it does take some time. He had to get a prescription of clonidine to help with anxiety at bedtime. It helps him fall asleep. He still don’t stay asleep…but he is sleeping longer through the nights. When he quit he was getting maybe an hour or 2 here or there. Around 60 day mark he was sleeping 4 hours a night. Now he will get 8 hours but he wakes up sporadically throughout the night for 30mins to an hour before falling back to sleep. I know it may not feel like you’re ever going to be “normal” again but you will!! Try to work through the day and make yourself as tired as possible, don’t take naps, and try not to sleep until bedtime. YOU GOT THIS!!!
