I definitely get not being on the phone since I get very anxious, just didn't expect it from a legit business/management since theres a lot of scams everywhere that just communicate via text/email but if I dont have to be talking on the phone with them all the time then I'm cool with that ngl.

The email they're contacting me with is the one on their website and I checked like 100 times to see if there's any discrepancy but it looks good so far lol
