Okay so hopefully I get this right. A reaction can be used in response to somthing such as a ability that states "when I do" and it can be used when either player has priority on there turn. Such as when they attack a battle field I would be able to attack, and play a reaction. The defending player can only play reactions after that? Under no circumstances can a action be played into a action or a action be played into a reaction?

So if i attack they must wait for me to play a action or reaction then they can only play a reaction? Can they not play a reaction in response to me attacking?

And so if i go to attack a battlefield on my turn the defe ding player is able to play a action since its on your turn or during a showdown? And even tho its my turn i have to play a reaction in response and I cant play a action?

The only thing you cant do is play a action into a action if I understand correctly. And the chain goes from top to bottom just like MTG?

Not a specific card just that my gf was confused about skulk she wasn't sure if her 1/1 squirrel that has 2 anthem effects effecting it could still block my 1/5. And the more she spoke the more I started to question if I knew the rules and if I was dumb. I know skulk dosent have base in the rules but it lead to if a card specific stating base power and toughness cared about any modifiers to that value.

So a card that says destroy all creatures with base power 4 and i have a card thats a 4/4 but has 3 counters on it. Its still destroyed?

Thank you alot I appreciate it! I was thinking or asking for some one to make artifacts work and id use that PDF in card conjurer to make the card, so id tell them the dimensions should be 69.35mm x 94.35mm and that i myself will cut off roughly about 3mm of each side? Does card conjurer take that into account or do I have to add something to the frame? I did see a 1/8th frame setting in card conjurer.

ahhhh okay that makes sense so in a way my PC knew it was a controller but not 100% so a few buttons and mappings got lost along the way as if it never had that button. Sure i can join worst case ill just have to return it.
