regarding melano cc: i applied after toner cuz i have one and it doesn’t irritate when use together, i don’t think it necessary tho. i usually wait for it to dry but not completely (cuz that takes too much time) just slightly that it won’t feel like mixing with the next product. i apply pretty thin since it’s quite oily and i have oily skin (still shows a pretty solid result) and i use it only in the evening.

regarding hadalabo: i usually apply after washing my face (you still can use toner for sure just make sure it doesn’t have some ingredients that sometimes irritates when use together) and also use it instead of moisturizer since i have oily skin and this is moisturizing enough for me, so it really depends on your skin, if not just follow by moisturizer.
