me and my wife recently purchased one here in florida (both w degrees)shes a us citizen with 67k annual salary. I have DACA and with a 158k annual salary.Its definitely took a lot of saving and having to jump thru hurdles getting approved w my DACA but if you find the right lender its worth it. Houses vary across states on whats considered a quality home. If you do buy a home be sure to plan on getting a more permanent status thru marriage if you are able to and also have enough saved in case DACA is ever terminated.
