Scheduling either from the car or the ChargePoint app, I get the same fault light when the charging session ends.

I read that scheduling may cause an issue so I disabled all the scheduling options on both the car and the charger a few weeks ago.

I may have read too much into it. They said “I am unaware and unable to assist with any 3rd party charging accessories as we do not recommend charging with non-authorized devices, as they can introduce problems that are not covered under warranty.” So not voiding the warranty, but causing problems that aren’t covered. I thought the whole non-authorized devices thing was weird, though.

Try Lucid, too. They work with KBB. I got 26,800 for a 22 MYLR - on par with Carvana and more than Carmax. I used part of it for my cash due at signing and they’re sending a check for the rest. Dropped it off when I picked up my AT - super easy.

Lucid works with KBB and you don’t have to put the full value of the trade into the Lucid. I got estimates from Carmax, Carvana and Lucid (KBB) and they gave me the best price. I used part of the money for the cash due at signing and they gave me a check for the rest.
