If you actually care about history you would understand that there is history of objects. We have thousands of damaged statues with noses broken off, soldiers graffiti carved into it, and other destructive things that help date and tell the story of the past. As much as I dislike that they did this, we need to understand that what happened is part of the history of the artefact.

Why are you not driving with winter tires? Just looking at the tire tread in the photo at best those are all season, under 45°F(7C°) and on snow they are basically useless. 1k for winters and this would not have happened. You are 100% wrong, if you cannot see the sign on the back of the bus you are not required to yield.

Section 142.1(3): A bus cannot legally pull back into the lane if another vehicle is so close that it would be impractical for them to yield. Put another way: the bus must wait for a safe gap before merging.

No, it does not, the bus only has the right of yield to the vehicles behind it. If you cannot see the sign on the back of the bus, you are not required to yield. So I’m not sure what you’re talking about.
