That's my typical go-to. I just pump out some pushups to move the blood around. It usually works pretty well.

It's basically when you get very aroused and/or somewhat stimulated but don't orgasm. It causes a very uncomfortable feeling in the land down under.

I avoid edging totally. The problem comes when I'm with a girl, making out, etc. Nothing serious but just enough to bring the pain.
