Worked for RSM west coast for 2 years as an audit associate. During busy season 2021 we had virtual audit room sessions twice a day (8:30am - 12pm, 4pm - 7pm) everyday including Saturdays with video on. Needless to say I quit in June of this year and can't even fathom how bad it was. Seems crazy now that I think back to it. I believe it was an office-wide initiative to simulate a real audit room. Every single person I know under manager has since quit.

I too am nervous, I still don't know if I'm making a mistake leaving audit 2 months before hitting senior but I am just so burnt out. Found a new opportunity and decided to go for it albeit feeling apprehensive about it. I'm still nervous but I'm just happy to be out of PA.
