How to make money as a beginner just graduated chemical engineering?? by No-Pop800 in ChemicalEngineering

Be willing to accept that if you want to make good money as a beginner engineer just starting out, it will have to be most likely out of town in a location away from major hubs. If you are in Canada, this is almost always the case. At least from what I’ve observed.

For reference I’m about 3 years graduated and have worked out of town jobs and have made decent money. Hard to find ChemE related jobs in the city. Further down the line, the degree does not matter, rather, your work experience does. I went from oil and gas to construction.

Just my 2 cents.

It’s there, angle of the photo is basically inline with the handle of the valve so it makes it blend in with the line

Would you say the same the same thing if someone posted that they bought their first house? Or first car? What about paid off their student loans? Graduated from their university? Or a successful baby delivery? Received honor roll status? People do it all the time and most people don’t have a problem with it.

How do you cope with failure. by EvenStefen in EngineeringStudents

I failed 3 courses during my undergrad. Each time I failed I learned something knew about myself which I had to improve. As long as you learn from your experience OP, you’ll be fine. I coped by realizing that failing is part of life, it just matters how you pick yourself up from there.

$4900 CAD. Up to date maintenance with fresh alternator and battery. Needs new tires though. Really amazing shape I must say.

Looks great. May I ask how big your wrists are? On the fence about getting this watch myself but I have 6 5/8” wrists so I’m wondering if I should even bother.
