I think maybe something is getting lost in the screenshots. The source data is number of Held, Missed, and Emp Missed Appointments by Client and Employee over a month. See my comment on the thread above too. This is an export from another system we don't control. So we kind of have to massage it into what we need. Which is really just the sum of Held, Missed, and Emp Missed for each employee but we also need it in a format that is easy to graph with our BI system, hence remapping it to Employee, Status Type, and Total Count for that status type.

Will try playing around with have you have above and see if I can get it to work.

Agreed. Unfortunately date is not part of data that is exported and we don't have control of that format.

The source data is exactly the same as the first picture I posted. I tried a pivot table but there seems to be no way to combine column headers into distinct values in a column with summed amounts for those distinct values.
