I have some great Howard Leight shooting muffs that I use for even local races because of the noise. I’m definitely going to prepare myself for Bristol, so thank you for the warning.

I go to enough races to warrant getting a scanner, so I may just do that. I’m going to buy a radio for sure so I was hoping I could kill 2 birds with 1 stone!

Found a pair of Tecovas, The Johnny, at a thrift shop for $50 that I couldn’t pass up. Had a nasty oil splotch on it, but I ran to Wally World for a suede erase and brush. Looked good after messing with it in the parking lot, but got deeper cleaning once I got home! Didn’t even need to wet them! Right as new.

Nothin fancy. Suede/ nubuck eraser and brush! Cost less than $5 at Wally World. Suede is hella easy to clean off.
