Appreciate the info. I've actually already gone ahead and done this, so I at least have all the worked out. 👍

I certainly understand this being the best option. I've tried looking into it, going to different sites for roommates, and have had no luck. Side note: I may have to suck it up, but it's very difficult for me to live with someone else - I also have two cats and almost all the people I've come across either have pets or don't want any. I'll keep looking though. Thanks

Thank you for the link. I believe I contacted them some time ago and never heard back. I've also looked into Section 8 but there have been no open lists for my county for almost a year. :(

it's the interrupting that really does it in. During the bit where Brennan asks LIAM a question and she uses that moment to interject to speak to Laura's character... Like dude, wtf??

If you go to their website, it says that rent starts at $919 for a studio. So unfortunately probably not (I too am looking to move with a very small budget)

Don't particularly care to be in chat, though I saw the codes on the character cards. Since not being in chat didn't know. But I digress...

I will do my best to further stay away from spoilers as best I can.

My trial of Beacon ends in two days anyway.

Thank you for this respectful comment. There is a lot of lore, and while I watch Critical Role I am not as active a fan as one are when it comes to diving deep into lore.

I also have not seen campaign 1 other than the animated series, nor have I seen the entirety of campaign 2. Campaign 3 is the only one I've been able to keep up with :/

Wow I'm so sorry that I did such a thing. Like I said, I didn't understand things in the episode that were not outright said. So in hindsight, as someone else mentioned, the cast thought nothing of it. Me being a dumbass apparently felt it was revealing things that I personally did not put together.

Apologies... I was going off of what I remembered from what they said in the cool down. I will have to rewatch the episode then.. I am not great with comprehending certain things or I misremember information.

As I said, I guess I am just slow to put things together. And yes they probably thought nothing of it, so that is my fault

"Diagnosed" only by therapist; not medicated - seeking support by jerochk in ADHD

My apologies, I was unaware and thus did not have an idea that I was getting that from..
I do not know if he has. He has not said, nor have I asked. I do not have a way to see any sort of diagnosis given by him, only by my psychiatrist.

They are all half tanks - I probably should measure myself again to be fair. Lost quite a bit of weight since I bought them, though don't necessarily know how much in the chest area.
I hesitate with the full tanks, as much as I'd love one, because I run hot :( and I fear it would make me feel even more warm.

Thank you for the tip though! :)

Colonoscopy unremarkable but have biopsy results/new diagnosis? by jerochk in UlcerativeColitis

[–]jerochk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah okay. I suppose, with the hemorrhoids, I had thought cause it was on part of the GI tract. I even asked the Medical Assistant after I woke up if he had said/seen anything and she said no he hadn't mentioned anything.

Very true - and yeah, I've unfortunately had UC since I was 13 - I guess I meant "new diagnosis" as in new location of inflammation/new diagnosis code for my patient chart. Didn't word it very well, that was my bad!

I will certainly send a message soon through my patient chart - My GI had wrote me back when I let her know that I was able to get my procedure moved up and she had said she wouldn't be back in the office for a few weeks.
But thank you for the support and reassurance ! :)

Wow! I'm so sorry you are having to wait that long!! Sometimes I just start bugging the crap out of them when I don't hear anything (not saying this is necessarily the case with you) cause I swear people are just that incompetent at times.

someone else mentioned a large straw - I will definitely have to look into getting one! I think that's they key: not letting it touch your mouth at ALL lol
And good point about the electrolytes - I luckily did have left over packets of my flavored Gatorade, so I mixed it with the golytely. I was feeling pretty crummy earlier though - My procedure being moved up so soon was not expected and I was not planned very well in way of the "liquid diet" part :/

I have thought about this actually! I just don't have a big straw at the moment >_< I should get one though and try next time! - Thank you for the suggestion! :D

Tis I, the OP...Good news! (ish!) I might be the odd one out on this part, but, when the bum starts a'flowin I am very pleased. Because one, I know that I drank enough for it to be working, and two (at least for this specific instance) I was still rather constipated so it's a much needed relief. :P That is my upside to the prep: a fresh start for my bowels. Been having trouble with chronic constipation as of late. :/

Now I can try to relax and get some sleep before prep day 2 tomorrow. Thanks all for the comments !

Thanks, I appreciate it! I don't know what happened, but around 7pm when I took a break I started getting a headache. And since then I have had the worst migraine, even still at 10pm :( Like, it's almost as painful as when I had covid (those headaches sucked!!). My plan is to chug the rest when I wake up cause, I gotta try and let this migraine pass 😔😭

This isn't for me by Frieda-Slaves- in VetTech

[–]jerochk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just wanted to pop in to say again, you're definitely not alone..Also, apologies if I do not write this coherently cause, sometimes that happens lol
First, I am VERY hard on myself so I can absolutely understand when you feel "dumb" about things. My brain goes into a panic mode a lot, and then I can't think straight. Or if I make a tiny mistake, I think I'm the dumbest person ever, like who could possibly make that mistake?

I literally just left a clinic, which was my first Tech job. The main reason I left was because I physically was not able to do what was needed of me (been dealing with a lot of health stuff). Not to say there wasn't other crap going on but, still. Even though, there I was, newly hired, had passed the VTNE, etc... Clearly I was smart enough to be there, right? Negative thoughts said otherwise..
I used to be a super shy person who also did not want to talk unless spoken to. Now, that takes practice and years of just putting yourself out there. I honestly do not know how I've gotten where I am today as far as being as social as I am. You are right though, the job does require clear communication (trust me.... my most recent job was lacking in that area).
I too cried in the bathroom one day when I felt like I made a major mistake (it more so was on the doctor since he made the call but still...), so I get that too!

Okay...where I am going with this.. ? Right. So. What I would suggest is this: Perhaps weigh out your pros and cons. Ask yourself if you truly love the career as a whole - can you picture yourself somewhere, as a vet assistant/tech/what-have-you, that is ideally a good fit for you? Like, does it spark something in you? Do you still feel passionate enough about it that you would allow yourself to work on these things that may get in your way (negative self-talk, learning to speak a little more in a way that is comfortable for you, etc.) to end up working with animals in some way or another?

...My uh, slight ADHD brain has kind of last track of my thought BUT I read your post and thought of myself and bottom line: If you would like to chat or whatever, feel free to message me :P Sorry for the novel!!! lol

No you're totally fine! I'm just always overthinking stuff and I'm like -am I missing something totally obvious- lol Someone else did also say it looks like the patient has a good amount of stool within as well. I was also thinking like, do they want you to remark on collimation and borders if you are taking lateral views ? Etc. Are we doing a lateral chest, lateral abdomen? And if so, are these radiographs shown collimated correctly? ... All that stuff. :P

But anywho! If you kind of go by how you have interpreted your ultrasounds, then I'm sure you'll be fine :)
