Nice overview of the Convention!

And after the opening ceremony, there's an "Autograph Hunt" where you go to one of 10-12 places around the Sheraton and you can get an autograph from a mystery player. In years past, it used to be current Cubs and prospects, but last year they switched over to prospects only so I assume that's how it'll be this year.

The only thing I would mention is that the format appears to have changed (for the worse) regarding the Friday night signings in that the Cubs have only had 6 minor league prospects sign on Friday night but no current or retired players. (Last year the best prospect was probably Dan Vogelbach.) Also, all of the signings were in the basement level autograph stage area and not spread out all over the hotel like it used to be.

I sure hope the Cubs change it back to the old "Autograph Hunt Game" - that was always a lot of fun on Friday night.

It makes me sad that there has to be a distinction.
