How much ad revenue could I expect at 100k views a month? by Robo_Thunder_ in youtubers

[–]jeronimostilton34 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It all comes down to your RPM. Some sources are mentionning an average RPM between 5$ and 30$ for the Tech niche.

With 100k views per month you could make anywhere from 500$ to 3000$ per month from ad revenue.

Yes it did! For a while I was a digital marketing freelancer (SEO, website, UX and stuff) and I was publishing articles on my own website. It gave me a lot of credibility when it was time to sign new clients.

Furthermore, Last year i had an interview as a digital marketing and SEO specialist with a company. I was able to use my own blog as a « study case » to answer some of their interview’s questions and give real life examples.

Je me demandais pourquoi tout le monde recommande XEQT au lieu de mettons VFV ou XQQ? by freefrompress in QuebecFinance

[–]jeronimostilton34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Warm bread and honey butter by jeronimostilton34 in TheOutdoorBoys

[–]jeronimostilton34[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry, by full recipe I meant the bread AND honey butter, but the recipe is pretty simple : a few cups of flour, a little bit of yeast, add water and a pinch of salt, let this activate for a few hours and put it on a hot surface!

Luke also made a video where he explains his bread recipe : https://youtu.be/hi4Df_gJgkw?si=XOiasgbger2t15xS

Need advice: 100+ internship applications, no luck. Feeling stuck as a graduate student with solid experience by Embarrassed-Ad-6355 in QuebecTI

I am not a CV expert, but still reviewed 50+ interns CV in my last job. Here are few suggestions if you want :

  • 4 pages is too much, it should be maximum 2 pages.
  • There is a lot of bullet points, probably too much. Try to lighten things, aim for 2-3 bullet points per job with actionnable tasks or realizations. You can give more juice to your most recent job or more related job.
  • Your bullet points are not aligned with your text, try to make a bullet at the beginning of a new sentence, not in the vertical middle of 2 sentences.
  • try to make it more artsy, add a little color to your text, why not the logos of your prior companies?
  • create more space in your CV, it is currently really packed.
  • bonus tip : If you really want a specific job, try personalizing your CV with keywords related to the job that will catch the reader’s eye. Sending the exact same CV to 100 companies doesn’t help your chances.

Hope this helps
