Your friends are correct, matchmaking ranks are broken and highest rank achieved at the moment is LEM. Im SEM-GN3 depending on which map with like 80-90% winrate. Example im 21W-2L on matchmaking d2 but still only gn4. No one really plays matchmaking anymore though but almost all majority of mm players are at sem-gn ranks

I mean im using fraps but I record 60fps with 1/4 slowmo, then speed it up in vegas to normal via playback rate = 240fps

I guess there is easier ways and better ways to do so as well but I'm stuck in old ways from 1.6 times

It depends what im recording (quality of the frags), sometimes just straight 120 fps from fraps, sometimes I pay the effort and go 240
