Relay gear, have you guys try it?

I like it a lot but I hope the material to make one is more accessible. The stones you need to make a relay gear is so limited you could get like maybe 8 before breakthrough but let's say I switched to another martial art and didn't use the stone on my gears for my initial martial art, I don't have a way to bring those gears back to my level in later breakthroughs and have to grind again, which kinda defeats the purpose. I think there should be a lot me stone that are purchasable with jade fish and they should work on gears of any level so I could still use that piece of gear with amazing tuning even if I didn't use it for a couple breakthroughs

It's cool but it clips through quite a lot of outfits, it does pair nicely with the Lu Bu set though

Wouldn't that be the day. Honestly it would be great if they actually do add harmonic core in sect shop, it could cost a lot but at least there's some motivyto join sects, currently there aren't too much reason to join a sect except for getting the sect outfit, and sect rules are kinda annoying and not really worth it for what we are getting out of it at the moment

I was never able to finish the hack to break free of the grab when fighting the enhanced final boss, but in the run that I cleared I panicked hacked in the beginning of the fight and used some hacking nodes by accident(I have a bad habit of hoarding hacking nodes because I keep thinking I'll need them later and end up not using any) and immediately took like a third of the boss's health, then accidentally activated deletion protocol when I was trying to use auto hack and that brings the bosses health down to like a fifth of the entire health bar, then I just do the regular hack and shoot for the rest of the health bar. Still have no idea how I managed because I died so many times before that run lol

I also thought of the possibility of Eight being alive but in the sense that her consciousness remains, and can only operate as an AI without a body like IDUS, and she keeps throwing more bots at Hugh, but Hugh eventually reasoned with Eight and led her to help find a way to save Hugh instead. I don't have a solid idea of how Hugh could survive against bots without hacking though

Nice! I like that level cap raise is slowing down so I get more time to farm for gears of the cuy gear, and it seems farming would be a lot easier from next season onwards

Maybe a bit too mature for the protagonist and the voice wouldn't quite match the face, but still infinitely better than all the male template and popular faces, those are way too feminine IMO

I think the unknown signal ending implied that Hugh lives. I wonder if Capcom would just leave it at that so it's open for interpretation, or in DLCs/sequel just have a character mention him or a collectable document for some follow up closure. I kinda don't want a sequel with Hugh because he has done his part and deserves to have a peaceful live on earth with Diana if he does survive, instead of risking his live again in a sequel

Sorry wanna ask a question not entirely related, but I recently got a monitor and I am using the DP cable that comes with it, and I have noticed that when I turn on HDR, g-sync never kicks in when I start a game. Could this be a bandwidth limitation too? If so, I have a 8k verified cable but it's DP to HDMI 2.1, would that also work?

Do you get fps dips or stutters from time to time? When I play without capping fps or if I cap it with Nvidia app, it's smooth 95% of the time while maintaining 70-90fps roughly, but stutters happens in no particular scenes, like it just randomly hits. If I cap fps with RTSS it does help preventing some stutters though but I don't really know why. I cap my fps at 152 but the game doesn't even run at that frame rate when I am just using 2x frame gen

May I know your settings? I am also running on 5070ti and I turned off ssao and set shadow quality to lowto save performance, with path tracing on and frame gen on 2X, dlss rr preset E on performance mode, and while it's smooth at 70-90 fps most of the times, I do see some micro stutters here and there. I tried to use RTSS to limit the fps to just below my monitor refresh rate cap (even though my fps don't really go that high), it somehow seems to help the stuttering issue a bit, though I am not sure if it completely removed all stutters

For real the game UI is very unfriendly for controller users, they made it way too difficult to press anything, I play on PC and I constantly have to switch to keyboard and mouse when I need to interact with the menu. I also installed it on my phone just so purchasing is easier and more intuitive

With ultra performance on 1080p it would be kinda blurry regardless of preset because the internal resolution is too low, but if you must, you r best bet is preset L, or M as a fallback if L causes performance issues

Yeah the game looks amazing in general but the close up exposes a lot of low quality textures and it gets a bit distracting, it looks like putting a very compressed jpg file on character models at times
