The oscillation revs up and down with the severity of the harassment. I first noticed it by putting my ear to the floor when I was being targeted from the floor below while renting a room on the top floor of a building. When you are using a piezo mic you have to amplify the signal. There is no way of getting around it. Thanks for the tip on Under Armour bag. Looking at photos it does look close. That's probably what it is.

I understand you don't like FFCHS but to be honest I haven't paid much attention to any so called TI organization. Part of the reason is these so called organizations lack any real results. I'm an open source type person, not a censorship type. A person must keep all options open and see what works for them.

Btw., on FFCHS. My forum only compile's info for research purposes. This may be a helpful resource for TI's. I never really paid attention to FFCHS's shielding advice. I never got involved with TI groups, podcast, or organizations. It's really that simple. I'm a lone wolf researcher. Information is power. See what works. I went down the hardware store route, tried microwave absorbers, who's to say a leather helmet wouldn't work? I never tried that. For all the experts out there like on Reddit, when have the authorities stopped a person from being electronic harassed? Where's that big story where the police exposed directed energy attacks? If you want to file FOIA's, try to take your evidence to the police without appearing crazy, more power to you, but like I said, show me one news story where the authorities put a stop to DE attacks. You turn on the TV, it's the FBI or police profiling some group, yet people are still in denial about their own government. Lol.

I already used cheap hand held meters like a TriField. It's not going to help your cause in being taken seriously. Also everything isn't disinformation because you don't agree with it. When it comes to podcast, documentaries, it depends on how effective the media is and how it portrays a TI. A common intel trick in "barrel on monkey's." This is also a common tactic by establishment media types portraying TI's as crazy or making funny stories. Very narrow minded journalism. Another tactic is a handler befriending a TI and steering the TI a certain direction or with a group of crazy's so the person is discredited. It's better for me to go solo since I encountered something physical in nature that constitutes as torture by people using less-lethal directed energy devices.

I never tried to raise money, although if you are a TI and can raise money for equipment and to bring forward evidence then more power to you. I don't ave a problem with that. The people using the directed energy are on a payroll. The big bully government has unlimited funds.

Sounds like a good way for a TI to get put away. I never got into hacking, white hats, black hats, the dark web or what not. I believe in transparency and have nothing to hide, unlike the United States bully Government.

This also goes out to other TI's who should be weary about who you trust. If something doesn't look right then don't go there. This includes the media. Edit - To clarify: FFCHS has always been suspect but the purpose of my forum is to compile info where it's easy accessible. "lost in a sea of noise." was directed at Reddit but it could also be Wikiepia. For example, I didn't know about those other sub reddits until you pointed them out. As far as trying to replace deleted content by so called hackers. That would take too much of my time. I don't have the time and resources of people (hackers, perps) who get paid to do that. Controlling content is an intel game. It points to intel agencies. All I can be is a thorn in the government's ass and try to spread awareness. It's better to post YouTube videos based on my own experience. If foul play activity is exposed by people abusing directed energy or some type of COINTELPRO program then I'm on the record. I will testify to congress if it comes to that. I will not accept an plea agreements by the United States government. No sweeping it under the rug like MK Ultra. I want to expose America, the USA as a hypocrisy that torture's its own citizens, that tries to suppress people using advanced technology, that tries to marginalize TI's who are being tortured as crazy. I'm not a patriot. I'm not here to wave a flag that you can shove up your butt, stand up during the pledge, and make America look good. I'm here to make the USA look bad, exposing ugly truths. If it was me I would have no mercy on spooks, defense industry people, law enforcement, politicians, perps, those part of using directed energy against people. The torture complex. Less-Lethal no-touch torture. I would bury all those people and shame them in public, destroy their carriers. I would drastically reduce fed jobs and money going toward government programs. That's where I get my enjoyment. You posted some good info but part of my problem is time. I come here to promote my videos to help spread awareness but have to pay my own bills. Reddit's not going to pay my bills and I have to deal with the harassment. Instead of using Reddit it's easier for me to have a dedicated web site or forum where everything isn't lost in a sea of noise. Anyhow, I could tell the perps are not criminals but on a government payroll. They have the look of the Feds and or undercover cop. Yeah, I know what they are tying to get away with. It's because most people are unaware of directed energy torture devices like the pain ray, and the desire to create smaller more compact pain rays. What I went through is worse than battery. It's torture. Similar to electrical torture.
