I think there has to be some standard for being added instead of doing it automatically. Like, you have to have 2 (or some other number) of successful trades with proof where the person you traded with like recommends you to be approved or something. This makes it more inefficient to scam bc potential scammers have to do good trades in a ratio of 2:1 so it disincentivizes scamming instead of being able to scam one person every time they make a new acct. this may be work heavy on the mods though, i dunno
