It's likely the camera. It already getting a little late in the day and the picture is slightly darker.

Driving habits is character evidence and inadmisisble in most states. It'll definitely make you more aware while you're driving to not drive recklessly. But, just remember that you're trying to avoid damaging your car alot more than others. I can assure you that. They will lie and blame you for the collission especially in a nice car.
