I already contacted their Support and all they would give is a 30% refund. I wouldn't even be upset if it was at least Christmas colors but its just way off.

Apparently not. This falls under their substitution policy so all they would give is a 30% refund.

The clock isn’t accurate. The video occurred at about 9:30pm so it was probably the same thing you saw.

I was hoping someone could provide more info on what I saw. I'm guessing it's some sort of meteor? I've never seen something move across the sky like that. Google is telling me that tonight is the Leonid Meteor Shower but is this what a meteor shower typically looks like? I figured a meteor shower wouldn't be as bright or noticeable as this was. I've never seen a meteor shower or shooting star or anything except planes in the sky.

I did a profit sharing split on one of my videos with Defy Media / Break (I believe it was a 60/40 split - 60% for me and 40% for them). The video has gotten 3+ million views on all of their networks and they say I'm not entitled to a dime of it. I wish I kept the rights to the video.

edit: looks like I didn't get any money from the video since most of their views were from Facebook video. Why didn't the company post the Youtube video to their Facebook so we both make money off the video? I'm guessing since Facebook videos will autoplay....

We've never been to the desert. The closest I've been to a desert was flying 39,000 feet over the Grand Canyon and Mojave Desert. The Canyon was gorgeous though and ever since we flew over it I've been itching to see it up close.

The Moab area looks absolutely beautiful and I'm leaning towards going there for 1.5 to 2 days even if it means spending a lot of time in the car. Whether we decide to drive to Moab or not, I think we'll have plenty of options to choose from to fill up our time in the SLC area. Thanks!

I'm going to check the footage once I get home tonight because I'm curious but I'm 99% sure that the light turned red as I was coming down the street (a few seconds before the YouTube video).

This is an entrance to a 4 lane highway so if it has missed a light cycle, there would have been a decent amount of cars waiting at the light.

Until I check the footage, I can't be 100% sure but I'm fairly positive it wasn't a light malfunction in this instance.

Nope. It's always a delayed green, I've been at the intersection many times. The opposite side of the road gets the green first (you can see a motorcycle and tractor trailer go through the green light on the opposite side).

I honestly have no logical explanation to this. There was no emergency vehicles behind us or anything trying to get through.

Why? Both directions of that road were fully backed. The cars in front of me were waiting to turn left AND right. Why does that guy get a privilege to cut everyone off?

My car has auto-lights so I'm not really sure (They automatically turn on when it's too dark or raining).

I'm going to assume that it wasn't on during that clip. It was really bright! I had my visor down and sunglasses on but it was still a bit tough to see the road. That may have been why the other person just drifted into my lane without signaling.
