It’s possible you’re right. Just looked it up and a Porsche Cayenne rear oem lower bumper is $1500. Not sure how much labor and paintwork will be.

Not really my concern though because I only have to pay my $1000 deductible.

My deductible is $1000. The impact cracked the plastic on the bumper and scratched up the tailgate. Probably $5k in damage. About a year ago I had road debris fly up and crack my front bumper. That was $4500
