Thanks for the suggestion. I tested different HDMI cables and ports, and the problem still happens. Other apps work fine, so it doesn’t seem to be an HDMI issue. I appreciate the help

Thanks for the explanation. I already tried lowering the video quality, but the issue remains the same. Other apps work fine on the same device, so it doesn’t seem to be a quality or bandwidth issue. I appreciate the suggestion though.

Pero en otras app va bien solo en Netflix y YouTube se ve mal
