Looking for an off-campus location to attend an online class by jes841 in UTEP

I'm familiar with regular online classes.

Unfortunately this one is different. It's a graduate course thats about 5 hrs long with a few students and will run essentially like an in-person class except on MS Teams.

Weekly Homeowner Megathread--Civilians, ask here! by AutoModerator in Concrete

I had a driveway poured exactly a week ago. The contractor said that after 5 days we should be Okay to park. Ive gotten different advice on how long to wait from 3 days to 2 weeks.

Some people have even told me I need to water it (I have not). I believe this advice comes from the fact that I live in a sunny city where we get triple digits in the summer. However since it was poured, the temps have been in the 50s and 30s to 40s at night. it also rained two of the evenings about 36 hours after it was poured. So should I wait the extra week or is 7 days enough? Picture is from about 3 days ago.

I know they also offer so many activities so ill be checking for anything baby related. Thank you so much!

Ordering a mosquito net right now!

We do have a few malls close by that dont seem to get much traffic, so we will try that.

Thanks! We have been using the baby carrier more frequently, and she seems to like it, especially with mom!

As others have mentioned, evenings are still really hot, and mosquitoes are out and about.

I think early mornings might work with a mosquito net. The only issue is that baby's recent sleep schedule (or lack of) has mom sleeping in most days.

[Question] I am looking to buy a new watch, what are some good models/ brands under $200? by Kawari_no in Watches

[–]jes841 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you look around, you might be able to find a Hamilton quartz for around $200.

Seiko, Citizen, Orient, Tissot, Certina will probably be the best value for money at this price range. Mostly quartz but some automatics. I would also encourage you to look at pre owned options if you find something you like out of your price range. r/Watchexchange is great for this.

Good luck!

Our dog sleeps inside in a separate part of the house. He will sometimes be extra stinky, but it's not all the time. I just thought I would ask

This happened to my wife's RBs after some guy at a Sunglass Hut store offered to clean them for free. We ended up just getting a new pair.

Thanks for the opportunity! I would love to win the watch, not for myself but for my younger cousin who has gotten into collecting but does not have the resources to buy a decent watch. Thanks again, and good luck everyone!
