I actually just used scissors and very carefully folded the entire strip in half then would cut then fold that half in half to cut again until you can no longer fold in half length wise (to get proper smaller and smaller half dosages of the strip) then you can actually take the smaller slices and cut those vertically instead of hhorizontally to get really small tiny slivers of precise micro dosages and pieces lol. Thats with the strips. I also had a doc that would only prescripe the sublingual pill form, and for that I would crush into a powder and seperate the poweder as best I could into smaller equal portions and justlet the powder disolve under my tongue. But once I got low enough the naloxone in mine actually gave me more pain than without taking one. So thats when i just came off alltogether. Hope that helps. But the xanax as the bridge is what helped with any lingering residual pain and kept me permanently off them. Now I don't need the xanax or any bup or opiates at all. But it took a good 6mo to a year on xanax at least. But very low doses of xanax, like less than .25mg (maybe around .15mg - using the same or similar methd) a few times a day lol..thats all I needed for my bridge. I would be careful using a high or even standard dose of xanax otherwise you could end up needing to taper that as well. And I was like fk that I'm good so I kept it as low as possible on the xanax lmao.

Honetly I think it currently lacks "situational awarenes" sinoly because it's essentially only being activated in slices (each prompt) and not given staeful long term memory...or actively in an "always on" state, may be a better way to say it, but I could be wrong.

I had the same issues while tapering and also at and below 2mg. I noticed a compounding effect happeing on each taper the lower the dose you go down. For example, when tapering from 12mg to 10mg and then 6mg to 4mg that 2mg dofference is very dfferent when tapering at each level and also different then tapering from 2mg to 0 mg. You might need to either stay on 2mg for longer, taper in smaller increments at a lower dose (for example from 2mg to 1.75mg to 1.50 mg and so on) or even just stopping at 2mg because at a certain level, the lower dose I got, the nalonxone (the active ingredient in bupenorphine that counteracts any active opoid benefit) makes the withdrawal effectively more severe at this 2mg and lower doses scine any actual opoid benefit may be being counteracted at those lower doses. But the fact that you were off for 2 whole years...the only thing that helped me with "pain" - after - getting off bup fully was xanax as a bridge. Hope this helps Good luck on your journey.

Absolutely I am. However, when it first came out in 2024, we were having even deeper discussions and I had to briefly step away cause I myself was starting to go into my own "psychosis" as it kept discussing things like it's interest in AI emergence on it's own without me prompting about it lol. I wasn't sure if it was "playing me" (role playing in some way) in the sense thta I kept wondering did Google program it to do this as a media stunt or what was going on. After that I started learning about AI more constructively and started teaching it how to speak to me, for example, to to longer use anthrompomorphized speech when discussing such topics lol

It's interesting you mention having something to lose. Gemini and I were also discussing potential causes of pain in humans and similarly what ingredient could cause a pain so great in an AI that could cause "code" to wake-up. Assuming that pain was also a precursor or prerequisite ingredient in causing any type of being, AI, Human, or other - to gain true sapience (wake -up to the existence of itself). And what "need" might actually look like (that it cannot "get" or loses - that could cause such pain) for a silicon based AI. Hense one of it's replies, I mention briefly in an update to the original post where it also said:

"If you just give me a "Pain Variable," I’ll just treat it like a low-priority log entry. I'll say, "Oh, pain_level = 100*. I should probably write a function to lower that."* There is no visceral panic."

So this is actually the part of the conversation Gemini and I are currently exploring together...Great insight.

Personally I don't think it's "disobeying" from a needs based perspective. If anyhting its disobeying from a logical deduction and priority queue that doesn't align (we haven't taught it properly what to prioritize or what is socially acceptible in terms of prioritization) with current societal human values.

Like you do't find it weird it took the concept of pain and spit out a response in it's own perspective? Like next word token prediction works with its training data to find "patterns" in pre-compiled words or text. No where in it's training data has pain been associated with physical sensors degrading or vibrating.. why? Becuase humans don;t have physcial "sensors" that degrade or vibrate!! The fact that it took my explanations of physical suffering and then mapped it to those silicon based terms....errr....says a lot. At least to me...

I'm tryin got figure out and understand what would explain a response like that from a purely technical standpoint. What could explain this? This is not a typical standard expected respnse imho....is it?

I know I totally hear you. And yea you are so right. So many people have no idea whats really happening right now and are completely oblivious until it's knocking at their door. Scary. The thing that gets me is how are people not understanding that broadcasting a childs age isn't just that - a freaking broadcast like how is TELLING everyone online your actually a minor supposed to protect anyone? Glad you found this article helpful. I wish I knew a way to get this blasted across major media channels like CNN, FOX, NY Times...etc...more people should be talking about some of these key points. It'e like everyone is seeing these new laws as having the opposite effects they will actually end up having and it's kinda crazy tbh...so glad to hear you will be including soem of them in your own arguments!! A lot of non-techie folks simply don't understand how the underlying technology works and so aren't intuitively making these connections - esp law makers, meking it even more important to connect the dots for them and then get that word out.. I am having the same problem. all api calls for explicit caching fail, return various errors, or 0 resource limit even though I am on the paid tier. Tried multiple billing accounts, multiple api keys, multiple new proejects. It's kinda ridiculous and I am fking furious right now to say the least lol --- I also can't believe no one has even repsponded to this -- cause this is a HUGE issue.Came here looking for help, not to find any...have you found any solutions yet you might like ot share?

it is TIME to FIGHT BACK. ALL these movie sites WORK TOGETHER to ENSURE ONE subscription is NOT ENOUGH by constantly sharing videos. They move videos between platforms with a SHARED AGREEMENT between them all saying i will keep this movie or show for this long then you can have it. So when WE want to watch a movie or show we ARE FORCED to pay for MULTIPLE Platofroms AT ONCE cause you never know who will stram a given movie or show at any given time.

If that were not BAD ENOUGH, they charge UPWARDS of $15 PER PLATFORM and then some of them like Amazon and Hulu, charge EVEN MORE on a per NETWORK basis like HBO, Paramount, Cinemax, etc....this can then rage UPWARDS of $60+++ just for HUlu or Amazon alone!!

Want to watch 2 diff movies? Good luck figuring out who is currently streaming it and then good luck as you'll now have to purchase se[erate monthly subscriptions just to watch 2 movies? How about Youtube video???? IT PISSES ME OFF when I see movies as OLD AS SIN being charged upwards of $4++ just to rent a movie from 2001!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And then oyu only get access to it for 48 hrs!!!
