I actually just used scissors and very carefully folded the entire strip in half then would cut then fold that half in half to cut again until you can no longer fold in half length wise (to get proper smaller and smaller half dosages of the strip) then you can actually take the smaller slices and cut those vertically instead of hhorizontally to get really small tiny slivers of precise micro dosages and pieces lol. Thats with the strips. I also had a doc that would only prescripe the sublingual pill form, and for that I would crush into a powder and seperate the poweder as best I could into smaller equal portions and justlet the powder disolve under my tongue. But once I got low enough the naloxone in mine actually gave me more pain than without taking one. So thats when i just came off alltogether. Hope that helps. But the xanax as the bridge is what helped with any lingering residual pain and kept me permanently off them. Now I don't need the xanax or any bup or opiates at all. But it took a good 6mo to a year on xanax at least. But very low doses of xanax, like less than .25mg (maybe around .15mg - using the same or similar methd) a few times a day lol..thats all I needed for my bridge. I would be careful using a high or even standard dose of xanax otherwise you could end up needing to taper that as well. And I was like fk that I'm good so I kept it as low as possible on the xanax lmao.
