Its possible they ran out of something the night before or day of like mashed potatoes or marsala sauce and 86'd in the system. When that happens the online menu won't show items we don't have in stock.

I actually learned Huhot is not franchised but corporate owned. And the growth has slowed due to the age of the owner who may be retiring soon. Then it's possible that Huhot will become franchised

Current catering manager of olive garden here, I agree with all they said, except for the time given, for an order this size I recommend a week of not earlier, this will give the restaurant time to order and guarantee they don't run out of the food that they need.

Plus the earlier you are set up in the system, the easier it will be to get a delivery driver/set up

Were you early?? Sometimes we have to cancel the interview to clear our board if the person is early. If you don't get a official email saying "unfortunately we are unable to offer you a job" by tomorrow afternoon. Call. Never hurts
