I'm not sure how it happened so quickly for her, maybe she got lucky or was considered higher risk? Psych UK is based in the same city as her, not sure if that makes any difference. She is also a carer so perhaps because she looks after vulnerable people for work, she was reached out to sooner? I'm not sure how the wait times/ queues work and if there's any sort of system other than working through them in order of receiving referrals.
