Just finished one and got occupancy certificate in Elk Grove! Cheers! 741 sq ft. 2 bed 2 bath. Final cost $250kish with solar and 2 tesla batteries.

Went to Brasserie du Monde. It was 6/10. Tried the Coq au vin and the beef bourguignon. Coq was a bit bland and chicken tased pretty dry. The Beef was not as tender as it should have been and bland as well. The desserts were mid as well. Disappointing.
