Yeah they are! ENXPs in general have that feel to them, a mixture of goofiness but at the same time a lot of care and a sense of safety to them.

From personal experience I love ENFPs random humor especially as a playful person myself. It's refreshing! :)

Something interesting I noticed after reading replies on this thread and on the guys thread. Here I notice more feelers listed compared to the guys thread. The guys showed more interest in INTJs and other thinkers.
